TinyUK Returns: Our Second Annual Manchester Gathering

We just wrapped up our second annual TinyUK event in Manchester, bringing together our UK and European founders for another weekend of collaboration, learning, and community building. Following the success of last year's inaugural gathering, we were thrilled to return to Manchester and continue building on the strong connections formed within the TinySeed accelerator community.

This year's TinyUK featured a standout workshop on negotiation led by TinySeed mentor and investor Michele Hansen. Founders had the opportunity to learn practical negotiation strategies and put them into practice through various real-world scenarios — skills that are invaluable whether they're closing deals, hiring talent, or navigating partnerships.
Beyond the workshop, we continued our tradition of small group masterminds, where founders dove deep into each other's challenges and shared hard-won insights from their own journeys.
As always with TinySeed events, the experiences outside the conference room were just as meaningful as our work sessions. We gathered for an unforgettable dinner at El Gato Negro, where Spanish tapas and flowing conversation created the perfect environment for founders to connect on a deeper level. The weekend culminated with a unique group bonding experience, a clay class that got everyone's hands dirty while facilitating conversations and relationship building through shared creativity.
