Meet TinyUK: A New Europe Event for TinySeed Founders

Highlighting the strength of the TinySeed founder community in the United Kingdom and across Europe.

We kicked off our summer in Manchester, UK with a new annual event — TinyUK! While TinySeed is headquartered in the United States, we invest globally and have a dedicated EMEA accelerator. This gathering brought together founders from across the UK and Europe for a weekend of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and community building.

The idea behind TinyUK was to give our UK and European founders a chance to chat about what matters, share knowledge, and learn from each others’ journeys. The biggest highlight from the weekend was our mastermind sessions, where we split founders into small groups to listen to and offer feedback on each other's biggest challenges. Other work sessions included a talk on the latest SaaS marketing trends, as well as a group brainstorming on sales and growth.

TinyUK, like all TinySeed events, was a chance for founders to get in the same room as each other and benefit from the collective knowledge around the table.

The open and honest nature of everyone made this event a truly valuable experience, and I can’t wait to welcome everyone back to Manchester again in the near future

That said, TinyUK was more than just “work.” As with all our events, time spent outside the conference room is as important as our work discussions. Founders kept the conversations going over incredible meals — as good food is a TinySeed tradition — and social activities, like the VR arcade that we rented for founders to team up to blast through zombie hordes and soar through virtual skies together.

Feedback from the event was overwhelmingly positive, as our founders found valuable opportunities to connect with peers, share experiences, and gain new insights to apply to their businesses. So along with the larger TinyFest in North America, TinyUK will be a part of our yearly events moving forward.

Stephen Inala-Reedy, founder of Stridist, shared with the group a talk on digital marketing trends that are working well for SaaS this year, followed by group discussion.

We’re pleased that this event showed how strong our founder community is in the UK and across Europe, and we're excited to keep this momentum going and continue supporting ambitious B2B SaaS founders in the region.

TinySeed’s next application period (for both TinySeed Americas and TinySeed EMEA) will open for two weeks starting September 2nd, 2024.
