2.5 days of sun, sand, and scaling your SaaS

Come to TinySummit: the in-person retreat for 7-figure B2B SaaS founders

Not a conference. A working retreat.

At ~$1M ARR, you've outgrown most B2B SaaS advice. You need a new kind of guidance — preferably battle-tested strategies from other successful ~$1-10M ARR founders and operators.

But those operators are too busy running their own companies to spend time sharing. Except when they're at TinySummit.

This winter in Cancun, join an intimate group of your $1M ARR peers for 2.5 focused days. You'll take part in topic-focused roundtables, swap growth tips, and leave with the focus and motivation to make 2027 your most ambitious year yet.

More new connections than I thought. Really great tactical conversations.

Designed to give you the highest ROI for your time

The programming

Picture this: You’re lounging poolside, sipping a frosty margarita and strategizing your next big move with a fellow founder. (Last year, they went through the same issues you’re currently dealing with, so they’re giving you the lowdown.) Welcome to TinySummit!

We love talking tactics, and expect conversations on topics like:

  • Churn diagnosis and reduction

  • Enterprise deal structure

  • Paid ads

  • AIO/GEO/AI SEO/whatever we're calling it these days

  • Scalable sales processes

  • More effective hiring

  • Exit and buyout conversations

  • Tax strategy

We'll also be hosting work sessions, so you can put what you're learning into action while it's fresh. The goal isn't to leave with a notebook full of to-dos. The goal is to leave having already made progress on your next step to scale.

Be prepared to get vulnerable, receive insights, and share your own feedback with fellow founders.

The gorgeous 5-star venue

Bring your swimsuit and your family

We've hosted several events at the JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa, and we keep coming back because this all-inclusive resort is perfect for work-cations.

Just 16 minutes from the Cancun International Airport, our hotel sits directly on a white sand beach with sparkling turquoise waters. It's got multiple pools and hot tubs, cabanas galore, excellent restaurants, and of course, a spa. A startling number of reviewers describe the JW as their "best stay ever" and say they were "treated like royalty."

So bring your spouse and kids. They'll find plenty to do while you're deep in discussion with fellow founders.

The adventure

The TinySeed team has been running founder events for nearly 15 years. We've learned that combining work and play is a crucial part of the experience. That's why, along with plenty of informal hangouts, like morning group runs and cocktails by the pool, TinySummit includes a group excursion.

Last year, we took founders on a Caribbean boat ride for saltwater snorkeling, handmade margaritas, and ceviche so fresh it was almost still wriggling.

Fun is guaranteed, but the real benefit is deeper. These group outings are how you build friendship and community with your fellow founders. Get to know them as people, and you'll have a support network that steps up when you need it.

"Fantastic! I found it was a great combo of relaxation, networking and idea sharing that I needed."

At $1M+ ARR, one decision is worth more than the ticket

The ROI

You're past the stage where tactics move the needle. You're now making a handful of decisions each year that swing six figures apiece.

Get one of those wrong and you lose a year finding out. Most founders at your stage do, because there's nobody good to ask. Your team can't answer them. Founders at $50K ARR can't either. And the blogs and podcasts stopped being useful somewhere around $300K.

At TinySummit you'll spend 2.5 days with ~20 founders who have already made the exact decision you're staring at. They'll tell you what actually happened: the real numbers, the part they got wrong, what they'd do differently. Then you'll sit down in a work session and act on it before you fly home.

· Do you hire the sales rep or the second engineer?

The decisions in front of you

· Is your churn a pricing problem or an onboarding problem?

· Do you take the enterprise deal with the custom SLA and the security questionnaire, or walk away?

· Is that acquisition email worth answering?

One pricing change.
One hire you don't make.
One churn cohort you finally diagnose.

Any one of those pays for the trip several times over, and you leave with a group of peers you can text for the next twelve months.

Who's in the room matters

This is not a conference — it's a small-group retreat built on facilitated knowledge sharing and relationship building. So the people in the room are an important part of the experience.

The majority of attendees will be ~7 figure+ ARR companies from the TinySeed SaaS Institute and Accelerator programs, but we're opening a few additional spots for other founders who we think will be a strong addition to the conversations.

We'd love to learn a bit more about you and see if you'd be a good fit.

We review applications on a rolling basis and reply within a week.
