We’ll kick things off with a reception and welcome dinner at the resort. Plan to arrive by 4pm.

Morning: On-stage sessions featuring lessons learned by TinySeed founders/mentors, and group knowledge sharing activities.

Afternoon: Excursions or resort hangs.

Evening: Dinner at the resort.

Friday, December 5

Day Two

Morning: Second day of on-stage sessions and networking.

Afternoon: Beach + pool + relax. Hang out with all your old and new friends.

Evening: Closing dinner at the resort.

We’re returning to an all-inclusive resort, which means that your accommodation is included in your ticket.

Your ticket includes access to two days of on-stage sessions, one afternoon excursion, three nights of accommodation, as well as meals and drinks. All at a beautiful all-inclusive resort.

Tickets are subsidized by TinySeed, and we are running the event at cost.

  • We believe in the power of connections within our community. The bonds you create at events like these pay big dividends for the future. You’ll gain more friends to ask questions, get inspired by, and lean on for support.

    If you’ve been to one of our in-person events before, you know we believe in the power of work+play. We want to start your day off with knowledge and inspiration, and then roll into fun activities so you can form those long-term connections.

  • Glad you asked!

    1) TinyFest is exclusive to the TinySeed community. That means only TinySeed founders, mentors, and investors are invited.

    2) TinyFest is like a mix of a conference and kick off retreat.

    While there will be some stage talks, we’ll also be doing more founder knowledge sharing activities than you’ll find at MicroConf. This ensures you have opportunities to learn from your fellow TS founders.

    TinyFest also follows the winning recipe of our kick off retreats in being half work, half play. We’ll do work sessions in the morning (stage talks and group activities) and then in the afternoon we’ll program time for you to build relationships with other TS folks, either through planned excursions or resort hang out time.

  • Yes! As long as your spouse/partner is staying with you at the hotel, they’re able to join all receptions, meals, and our activity outing!

    If you’d like to bring your spouse/partner, just book the double room option.

  • Absolutely! One of the beautiful things about doing TinyFest in Cancun is that it allows families to use the event as an excuse for a vacation.

    If you’re bringing kids and will need an extra room, just DM or email Sonia (sonia@tinyseed.com) and she’ll get you hooked up with another room at our negotiated group rate.

  • No, the activities are for attendees + partners only. We can refer you to a third-party babysitting service — just ask.

    We’ve negotiated an incredible group rate with the resort, and you’ll be able to take advantage of this rate if you want extend your stay.

    You can extend your stay with the group rate up to 3 days (total) before or after the event.

    On the checkout form there is a field to choose your check in and check out dates. If you want to stay longer, just update the dates to reflect that. Any nights beyond the 3 event nights will be added to your account to be paid at check in.
