TinySeed was designed to be remote-first, but we also know the power of in-person experiences. This is why we’ve designed our accelerator to have in-person retreat opportunities and meetups throughout the accelerator year, so our founders get to meet the TinySeed team, get to know each other, and have the opportunity to build deeper connections within our TinySeed community.

We paused our in-person experiences with the onset of COVID, but started up again running smaller events since last 2021. This year we were delighted to be able to run together both our flagship MicroConf Growth conference and and our first full-size founder retreat for three accelerator batches: Spring 2021, Fall 2022, and our latest Spring 2022 Americas batch.
We closed the event with a TinySeed celebration by inviting our founders, mentors, and investors to a dinner at the Weisman Art Museum. It was amazing to see the size of our community compared to our last “full-size” retreats we ran above with our 2019 batch. We’ve 10x-ed our community since we’ve started, growing from 12 to 131 backed founders, adding even more new mentors (like April Dunford, Samuel Hulick (UserOnboard), and Natalia Buitrago Gómez), and an LP community of hundreds.
