The Newest Sales, Hiring, and Growth Experts Added to the TinySeed Mentor Roster


We’re huge fans of subject-matter experts as TinySeed mentors. When our founders have questions, these mentors are skilled voices who can share action-oriented knowledge and best practices.

We’ve recently added 10 new mentors to the official TinySeed mentor roster. Here are the first five, and we’ll announce the rest soon!

Aaron Kossover

Sales Expert and Founder of AgentMethods

Aaron is the founder of AgentMethods, an online marketing platform that helps independent insurance agents bring their business online.

Aaron has spent the past several years building out the inbound sales and marketing channels to reach this fragmented and very non-technical market. Aaron collaborates with founders who are working on ways to reach niche verticals, building out sales teams and conducting live demos, and generally operating a SaaS in a high-touch market.

 

Jen Abel

Enterprise Sales Expert and Co-Founder of JJELLYFISH

Jen Abel is a co-founder of JJELLYFISH and is deeply passionate about helping startups in the 0-1 journey in the U.S. market.

JJELLYFISH has advised 200+ B2B/enterprise startups with customer discovery, define their initial go-to-market, and supported Fortune 500 companies seeking to validate new commercial ventures and prove traction. Jen has over a decade of early-stage startup experience and supporting founders with U.S. product/market fit.

 

Greg Valentine

Remote Hiring Expert and Head of Recruitment at Dynamite Jobs

Greg is the Head of Recruitment at Dynamite Jobs and Remote First Recruiting.

He’s passionate about remote recruiting and helping companies find great employees to help them scale. Greg helps with global remote hiring for SaaS founders, job descriptions and interview scorecards, sourcing and interviewing tips for hiring remote A-Players, and other hiring topics.

 

John Knox

Hands-on Engineering Leader

John is an LP in TinySeed and was one of our “unofficial” mentors since our first cohort in 2019. John helps TinySeed founders with hiring for fit, personal finance / investing, software development processes, fixing struggling engineering teams, talking through challenges / being a sounding board without being (too) judgmental, and other software, hiring, and product questions.

 

Marc Thomas

SENIOR GROWTH MARKETER AT PODIA

Marc helps B2B SaaS companies by building systematic growth frameworks into their marketing. He’s currently Senior Growth Marketer at Podia – working across the entire lifecycle. Having been a founder and leading growth at Powered by Search (one of the world's most respected SaaS marketing agencies), Marc know what works and how to get SaaS executives and marketing teams to buy into marketing and growth.
