Meet Your Dedicated SaaS Institute Program Manager, Justine Clark

Justine Clark, SaaS Institute Program Manager

The SaaS Institute, our dedicated program for founders at or above $1M ARR, has grown a ton over the last year.

We’ve added more founders, more coaches, and more programming directly based on what current members tell us they’re focusing on — from hands-on sessions about growth beyond the $1M mark and hiring guidance from experts, to YouTube strategy, pricing for scale, exit planning, and more.

And to help ensure that SaaS Institute founders get everything they need from the program, we’ve brought on a dedicated SaaS Institute Program Manager. Meet Justine Clark!

Inside the program, Justine makes sure coaching sessions get scheduled, mastermind groups are thoughtfully matched, and retreats are worth the trip. Right now, she’s even sitting in on masterminds to get to know the SaaS Institute founders better.

Justine isn't new to program management. She spent 10+ years building founder communities at top universities in Canada and the UK, working directly with B2B SaaS founders. She helped launch Canada's Women Innovation Summit, which has deployed over $1M in funding to pre-seed, women-founded startups. She knows what a successful founder community looks like, and she’s here to make sure founders are getting what they need from the program.

Here's exactly how Justine helps connect founders with what they need. If you could use this type of support, along with a community of fellow $1M+ ARR founders who are focused on scaling, you can apply to join the SaaS Institute here.

How Justine supports SaaS Institute founders

Justine is the go-to when founders get stuck or want a recommendation. All they have to do is send her a quick Slack ping, and she'll connect them with the right people and resources in our network.

Behind the scenes, she’s coordinating sessions, onboarding new founders, organizing retreats, and improving how we operate as we grow.

Right now, Justine is spending a lot of time getting to know founders and coaches, sitting in on masterminds, spotting common challenges, and designing programming around them.

With several SaaS Institute founders scaling AI-forward businesses, we're also building a deep bench of AI experts — including coach Jordan Gal, founder of Rosie. “Founders are navigating a pivotal moment with AI, and hearing how people are thinking through it in real time is genuinely fascinating,” Justine says.

Earlier this month, Justine dove headfirst into MicroConf US, helping the team run one of our highest-rated events in the history of the conference.

“It was unlike anything I'd experienced,” Justine says of meeting the MicroConf and TinySeed communities in person. “People were present, open, and willing to help each other, with spontaneous AI meetups and WhatsApp conversations continuing after the event. That same energy carries into SaaS Institute.”

She’s looking forward to meeting more founders and mentors across the network, and bringing everyone together at our in-person retreat later this year in Cancun.

On a personal note, Justine is based in Toronto, with a 2-year-old son and a passport full of stamps. Ask her for recommendations, resources, and support anytime, but don't challenge her to a karaoke sing-off — along with being a huge Celine Dion fan, she used to perform professionally in musical theatre across the US and Canada.

If you’re a founder at $1M+ ARR, the SaaS Institute is for you.
