The TinySeed x MicroConf team is growing! We’re now hiring a Remote Community Manager to coordinate and lead our two communities.
Some of the duties for this role:
Engage and collaborate with the MicroConf Connect and TinySeed communities (we primarily use Slack for our online communities, and Notion for planning/collaboration with TinySeed founders.)
Implement the MicroConf Connect Ambassador program by recruiting and cultivating members into leadership roles.
Write monthly email newsletters and plan communication strategies for both brands.
Develop and maintain social media strategies for @tinyseedfund and @microconf.
We’d love it if you have previous familiarity and a love for working with early-stage startups and founders. Bonus points if you are already a member of the MicroConf Community.
