New to TinySeed? Details on our program:
TinySeed is a year-long remote SaaS accelerator program with two locations: Americas and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa.) We will be your go-to resource for questions, advice, and support to help you grow your company faster. And this doesn’t end when the accelerator program ends; TinySeed founders stay part of the community forever.

What kind of companies benefit the most from TinySeed?
We primarily invest in software services that target businesses (B2B SaaS) who can show some sort of product-market fit. This is most often shown through revenue — over $500 in MRR (monthly recurring revenue) is great.
It is very unlikely that we will invest in companies who are pre-revenue or are idea-stage. If your company does not have revenue, we’d recommend holding off on submitting an application, work on building some revenue, and apply for the next round.
Important notes on the investment:
We want to be aligned with founders in the long run, so we don’t do revenue- or profit-sharing. Instead, as your business generates profit, the founder(s) can decide when to issue dividends above their salary. When this happens, TinySeed shares in those dividends (split pro-rata based on percentage ownership.) Read more details here, including what happens if you decide to raise more money or sell.
You can choose to reinvest your profits into your business as long as you like, and we’re happy to wait to be paid until you’ve grown enough that you feel comfortable issuing dividends.
The Application Questions:
The application is hosted on a platform that will allow you to save your progress before submitting and communicate with the TinySeed team. You’ll have two weeks to review before submitting your answers, but if you’d like to do some early prep, here’s the rundown of what we ask:
General founder questions: Your name(s), email(s), location(s).
General company/product questions: Name, brief description, URL.
Who writes the code for your product? (Yourself? Employees? Contractors?)
What is your total founder + team size (full-time + part-time)?
Have you taken prior funding? If so, how much and how was it structured? Do they have a minimum raise to convert, and if so, are you willing to let them convert at our valuation?
Is your business incorporated? If so, what kind of entity and where?
Pricing questions:
What is your current MRR (monthly recurring revenue)?
What’s your lowest monthly pricing tier?
What’s your current highest pricing tier?
What was your MRR six months ago?
What’s your churn? We ask for both average revenue churn as well as logo/customer churn.
Customer questions:
How many customers do you have?
What’s your average monthly revenue per customer?
What’s your average customer lifetime value?
What is your predominate customer type? (Consumers, aspiring entrepreneurs, small/large companies/other.)
How many customers are in your target market?
How do you get customers? What does your sales funnel look like from lead to closed?
Longer answer questions:
What’s your unfair advantage?
Who are your competitors?
How do you get customers? What does your sales funnel look like from lead to closed?
Optional: Link to a video sales demo of your product.
Optional: Link to your slide deck.
As you can see, the application is fairly short! We focus on your metrics in the application so we can determine if your company is a fit for TinySeed and would benefit the most from our accelerator programming. If that looks to be the case, we’ll start scheduling a series of calls between you and the TinySeed team to start digging into specifics.
